Step it Up is a general wellness app designed to encourage low cost, community centered, physical activity. The program focuses on exercise, healthy eating, and behavior change with personalized feedback tools that support cardiovascular health. Local geofences specific to the user will trigger text location opportunities for exercise. Step it Up includes educational modules and a social support forum. Participants will connect their Fitbit device, Aria II scale, Omron blood pressure device and the option for logging daily blood glucose.
